Delivery and Returns

As all our products are handmade, it can take up to two weeks from order to delivery during busy periods.

We ship in the UK only and its free delivery. Our couriers are Royal Mail and Parcelforce. You will receive an email or text with tracking from our couriers the days before you receive your order. 

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at make@dottypix.co.uk. We’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please send back in original packaging to return items safely. 

Refunds

Handmade products can only be refunded if they are faulty upon arrival. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If the damage is confirmed, we will replace the item or offer a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
